ParkWorks Industry Center

ParkWorks Industry Center in Wilsonville, Oregon, is redefining the common office park as a campus that delivers plentiful amenities and outdoor immersion. Offering light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse space, ParkWorks’s corporate headquarters-style environment is home to a tech-centric community surrounded by fir trees and plenty of green space—a true departure from the concrete slab world of centers of industry.

Dual Identity

Inspired by the property’s many trees and outdoor amenities, the circuitry-styled ParkWorks logotype speaks to the duality of work and nature. The icon is cleverly represented as both a tree and a circuit symbol. The identity system speaks to tech-focused tenants who harbor an appreciation for outdoor amenities.

Light Industrial Meets Inspired Professional Park

ParkWorks is as uniquely flexible as it is located. The campus is suitable for contemporary offices as well as the heavier lift of light manufacturing and warehousing spaces. The Wilsonville I-5 corridor positioning is ideal for tenants who fulfill and ship and is already home to several Fortune 500 companies. The surrounding environment allows for a robust offering of amenities, setting ParkWorks apart from traditional, monotonous tech business parks.

Wayfinding Rooted in Nature

To increase I-5 visibility and make the campus easier to find, FINE developed interior and exterior placemaking signage to root ParkWorks in its wooded setting. Wood-look metal, brick, and satin finish steel incorporate natural and industrial materials into wayfinding and monument signs. The signs serve as an extension of the duality of the ParkWorks brand identity.
