FINE engaged with the Port of Kalama to develop a go-to-market destination brand and marketing strategy positioning Kalama as a must-visit destination. This included igniting a destination awareness strategy and multi-channel marketing approach to attract a new wave of visitors and travelers, while equipping residents, local businesses, travel agents, and other connectors with the tools and resources to become vocal advocates and ambassadors for Kalama.

At the center of this strategy is a bold brand expression campaign centered around “Wonder on the River,” celebrating Kalama as an awe-inspiring and immersive destination, where natural splendor and thoughtful diversions beckon visitors to explore, to play, and to discover along the way. With brand expression guidelines, messaging, advertising templates, website design concepts, and a marketing action plan, Port of Kalama and partners are primed to unveil their new destination brand.
