Situated along the I-5 corridor in Southwest Washington, Cowlitz County is best known as a gateway to Mount St. Helens, but the region’s promise extends far beyond a single landmark. Cowlitz County Tourism partnered with FINE to elevate perception from a pass-through stop into a compelling destination. Through brand strategy, naming, messaging, identity, and activation, we launched Cowlitz Bound—a tourism brand that expands the region's appeal, inspires exploration, and gives community partners a stronger, shared voice.
