FINE Word Play

Posted in Play — July 9, 2014

At FINE, it’s no secret that we’re just constantly soaking up creativity. It’s our life force. That’s why each week we share Designspiration and Tech Links. Because creativity shouldn’t be guarded; it should be shared! So we sprinkle that stuff on everything.

With that being said, we’re now offering up one more ditty to inspire something down deep. Or, heck, even something surface level! Twice a month, we’ll present you with a one-sentence story prompt.

Its purpose? To get your mind spinning, your words flowing, and your collaboration revving. Creativity should be fun (and maybe not make much sense sometimes).

If you want to join the fun, we invite you to continue the story by adding the next sentence in the comments section and so forth until we all feel the story has been told. Now that we know the rules. Let’s play.

  2. “My life”, she wrote in large, wobbly letters as she fell through the sky, “has been so contemptibly boring that I have decided to write my memoirs while skydiving for the first time.”

  3. All through her life, people had told her she was hard to please. “This will show them”, she thought.
