Seasons of the Vineyard’s Home Sweet Home

Putting the country in wine country, FINE’s newest launch, Seasons of the Vineyard, plays on rustic elegance to represent Ferrari-Carano’s boutique store. FINE also designed and built the Ferrari-Carano site just last year. The wine shop and tasting room pours Ferrari-Carano and Lazy Creek Vineyard wines, with gifts hand selected by Rhonda Carano.
The vision for the small site began with words of substance. Words like “lifestyle” instilled the need for a sense of welcoming ease that would span from the navigation to the photography. Separated into only two pages, full-page content allows the user to easily experience, and find, an event calendar, and to browse the store’s merchandise.
The experience becomes impactful, and anything but narrow— something that drives the user to visit the physical store.
Promotions and events are the stars of the site, with readily available information and photo highlights, so users can spend more time at the store than trying to find it. Full-width photography gives the user a sense of space, and featured products give them a sense of place.
Through simple styling and intuitive navigating, FINE designed a site to meet the most basic, and unrealized, needs of Ferrari-Carano and its fans while also significantly accentuating that one feeling everyone craves: the feeling of finally being home.
