The Wall Street Journal Features Carmel Partners' 19 Dutch Apartments

Posted in News

FINE client Carmel Partners is making headlines in The Wall Street Journal for its latest development in New York City. 19 Dutch luxury apartments dramatically celebrate New York's historic Dutch settlement, and reinvigorate a forgotten New York alley in the Financial District. Perched 770 feet above the street, the glass-clad building features a uniquely patterned frit design, and warmth intrinsic to the Dutch culture from which it's taken inspiration.

The Wall Street Journal reports on 19 Dutch's historical context within its design details, and the future transformation it'll have on the neighborhood.

Curbed New York also featured the new rentals.

19 Dutch is the latest FINE site launch, as part of an ongoing collaboration with real estate investment firm Carmel Partners. After architecting and developing a new custom enterprise platform and infrastructure, the partnership continues to unfold across 27+ property websites, while evolving to deliver value and strategic advantage in an ever-increasingly competitive market.
