The FINE-made website for BRAND Napa Valley has been recognized once again as a standout digital experience, earning Gold at the 21st Annual Davey Awards. Celebrating what’s possible when small teams think big, the prestigious title highlights exceptional brand and digital work from small agencies worldwide. Here's a recap of the award-winning website.
A Brand-Led Digital Experience
With a compelling story grounded in innovation, forward-thinking is truly baked into BRAND Napa Valley's ethos. Our creative agency partnered with the winery’s proprietors, Christine O’Sullivan and Jim Bean, to create a digital platform that bridges their craft of winemaking on Pritchard Hill with their technology background in Silicon Valley.
BRAND Napa Valley breaks away from traditional luxury wine design by drawing inspiration from both fashion houses and technology brands. The website’s spare aesthetic, striking color palette, and oversized identity reflect the brand’s minimalist sophistication. Instead of verbose tasting notes, product sheets use succinct copy and numbers to convey depth, while a manifesto-driven voice elevates narrative storytelling that appeals to wine enthusiasts, collectors, and trade partners alike. On the backend, seamless e-commerce supports direct-to-consumer sales, and trade tools help the brand manage its relationships. The design system is both elegant and powerful, resulting in a digital experience that’s refined yet bold.
