Here’s to Humans

Aside from a few dogs that wander through once in awhile, our company is pretty much made up of humans. So we care about being human in all we do, inside our company and around the world.

People over profit
People Over Profit

We like to reinvest profit into the folks who helped us earn it. So we continually enhance benefits (401k, health, dental, vision, and FSA programs) and improve workspace with collaborative environments, top-of-the-line technology, artisanal coffee/tea and snacks, bike storage, and shower facilities. We help people live a little, too, with professional development funds, generous parental leave, PTO, sick leave, commuter subsidies, remote work, and holiday/summer hours.

Shaping & guiding youth
Shaping & Guiding Youth

We believe the best way to get a sense of your calling is to immerse in it, even briefly. We aim to help those in our community, especially among underrepresented groups, realize their aspirations and best selves through observation and experience.
