We're thrilled to announce that the FINE-made website for FGM Architects (FGMA) has been recognized yet again as a standout digital experience, winning Gold in the Architecture & Design Websites category at the 20th Annual w3 Awards. Bestowed to a select group in each category at the global competition, the Gold distinction recognizes the highest quality of digital work for outstanding creativity, usability, and design within its field.

For a firm built on decades of trusted partnerships and community impact, creating a website that blends thoughtful storytelling with functional design was essential. Our goal was to capture FGMA's extensive history and expertise in a distinct, engaging experience that appealed to diverse clients, community stakeholders, and prospective team members. Here's a recap of the work and the website that made it happen.

The Award-Winning Digital Experience
With over eight decades of experience and a mission centered on building meaningful connections, FGMA needed a site that balanced depth with genuine approachability. The experience breaks from conventional architecture sites, starting with a welcoming homepage that greets users with a lowercase wordmark and subtly floating hero images.

To facilitate deeper exploration for a wide range of audiences, our agency created Market-specific “collection pages,” which brought relevant portfolio highlights, team members, and specialized services together. This approach allows visitors to easily see the full scope of FGMA's impact within the context of their specific sector. And a custom landing page engine enables future growth and standalone campaigns. The site successfully unites FGMA’s capabilities, culture, and values in one cohesive digital presence with a flexible foundation, ensuring scalability as the firm continues to grow.
