A new "yoga mat in every room" amenity rolls out as a uniquely Kimpton brand perk in this integrated campaign. Through video, social media, advertising, packaging, and on-property promotion, guests are encouraged to use it to pursue their own brand of wellness, whether that's yoga or just lounging with a bottle of wine and a magazine. The campaign earned the hospitality industry's top honor - a platinum Adrian Award.

A Packaged Experience

Using custom photography, the campaign shows the many ways to "find in-room peace” at Kimpton boutique hotels, from multi-tasking with kids or work, to relaxing. Kimpton delivers that message to guests first and foremost through its own channels: on-site and on-property messaging, email loyalty outreach, social media, a “strike a pose” social promotion, and the mat's engaging in-room packaging.

The hotel branding campaign extends to broader awareness activities, such as a significant public relations outreach to national lifestyle fitness and lifestyle media, paid advertising, social sharing, and a highly popular “viral” video (produced in conjunction with Portal A) aimed at the core yoga enthusiast audience.
