No More FAQs: A List Apart Features FINE Information Architect Lisa Wright

In her article for A List Apart, FINE Information Architect Lisa Wright makes a compelling case for ending FAQs, arguing that “instead of defaulting to an unstructured FAQ, invest in information that’s built around a comprehensive content strategy specifically designed to meet user and company goals. We call it purposeful information.”
