  • Form and maintain strong ties with clients and internal teams.
  • Wrangle and own schedules, manage agendas and action items, and facilitate internal/external meetings.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate clear account information, resources, documents, budgets, and briefs to support the team’s success in very fluid projects.
  • Prioritize tasks and understand interdependencies to ensure projects remain on track and within timelines and budgets.
  • Be a strategic solutioneer: understand client challenges and help clients reach their goals by offering and flexibly adjusting programs to best suit their needs.
  • Oversee activities and profitability of accounts that are on ongoing engagement retainers for integrated services.
  • Develop estimates and scopes of work, manage hourly billings and client payment status.

  • 6+ years of agency project and/or account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee projects for client brands that have high standards for design, concept, creative, and production value
  • A big plus: experience working with service- and experience-oriented client brands, such as hospitality and placemaking, that emphasize service standards, operations, and physical space design
  • Ability to deliver on multiple concurrent, and at times changing, priorities
  • Dogged attention to detail
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Currently residing and authorized to work in the United States

FINE Reviews

“FINE offers the perfect balance of a humanity-first approach to business and envelope-pushing aspirations. It’s the harmony between the two that’s continually impressed me and inspired me to want to give back not just through my work ethic, but in my desire to help see the business thrive. Leadership consistently exemplifies a deep consideration and care for the team, especially in their rallying for self-advocacy and continued personal growth – which can certainly be advertised by any agency, but to actually follow through requires a real level of trust and commitment.“ -Mehran Azma, Associate Creative Director
